Unfurnished Room in beautiful home in Calabasas

About Room / House :
Unfurnished bedroom in a 2 bed/2bath (+office) house. You would have your own bathroom that is across the hall from the room.

Short term lease - My house is currently up for sale but the houses in this neighborhood tend to take a bit to sell so ideally you are looking for short-term/flexibility. Because the house is up for sale, you must be ok with open houses taking place on most weekends and be ok with leaving the house for those couple of hours each day.

House in the beautiful Calabasas Village Neighborhood Amenities - clubhouse with gym, pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, dog park and playground. Plenty of hiking trails nearby. Calabasas Commons 1.5 miles away.

House - Beautifully decorated interior with lounge space on the deck and a mulched yard on the other other side. There is also a small work out area outside with a lot of equipment as well. Laundry, dishwasher, fridge, double oven, stove top all work well. Big TV in the living room space.

Parking - it is tandem parking in the covered carport so we would need to work out a system for moving each other’s cars when necessary

About Me:
My name is Kara, I’m 36 years old and just quit my job as a freelance Production Supervisor for commercials and looking to start my life over. I will be traveling quite often to states I will be potentially moving to so you would likely have the house to yourself most of the time. When I am home, I am quite introverted so almost never have people over. However, I don’t mind if you do. I am in this phase of life where I am looking for human connection so would be great to develop a friendship as roommates, but also totally open to just doing our own separate thing.

Another occupant in the house is my sweet, adventurous dog Lulu (8 year old border collie mix - extremely mellow for a border collie). She gets along with other dogs well (she has not met a cat but I imagine she would be totally fine with it). When it’s not extremely hot out, we are most often in nature or out and about.

I’m incredibly clean and organized, the house is always in tip top shape. Ideally you are quite tidy yourself, as least in the common areas.

I just quit smoking, but do not mind if you smoke (cannabis or vape). I do not drink either, but again, don’t mind if you do as long as you remain respectful.
