I don't know if you saw or read my personal and property descriptions, but if you haven't, here’s my latest draft of Heaven in Calabasas, 9 minutes above Woodland Hills, 14 miles from the beach, just over the hill from L. A., and 33 minutes from Santa Monica.

If area is important to you, you’re going to love Calabasas Village, a 210-unit community where you get to live like a king on a pauper’s income. Calabasas is one of the most expensive, safest areas in the San Fernando Valley. We’re protected by the Malibu West Hills Sheriff’s Department. Your water comes from the award-winning Las Virgenes Water District.

The facilities, including my 40-foot, redwood-covered porch, are unbelievable. Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis Court, Gym, Sauna, Library, Park with Barbecues, Recreation Room & Kitchen. Must see. You'll never want to leave. The recreation room can be used for private parties, with a refundable deposit.

You get the front bedroom, not large, but you also get the large adjoining room for an office, a workroom, or some storage. The work area includes some of my printing equipment.
You get full access to the kitchen, living room, and laundry area. Your private bathroom adjoins your bedroom.

Utilities included.

My bedroom is at the opposite end of the house.

My second book is about my favorite topic, healthy relationships, specifically, the dynamics of romantic-relationship compatibility.
I also write and speak on “mind-time-life” personal organization and self-development.
