Here in Calabasas Village, a 210 unit community, you get to live like a king on a pauper’s income. Calabasas is one of the most expensive, safest areas in the San Fernando Valley. Malibu Police service us. Your water comes from the award winning Las Virgenes Water District, We're just above Woodland Hills, 14 miles from the beach and Malibu.

The facilities are unbelievable. See pictures. Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis Court, Gym (Sauna, Recreation Room & Kitchen, Library, Park with barbecues) not shown. Must see. You'll never want to leave. The recreation room can be used for private parties, with a refundable deposit.

You get the front bedroom, on the small size, and a large adjoining work room, which includes some of my printing equipment, plus you get full access to the kitchen, living room, and laundry area. Your private bathroom adjoins your bedroom.
Utilities included.
My bedroom is at the opposite end of the house.
