HUGE 1b/1ba in 2/2 in Malibu Canyon!

My name is Robert.

I’m 37 year old male who has been living here in Malibu canyon apartments for the last 4.5 years. I’m an entrepreneur that has had my current business for the last 10 years in Camarillo.

I’ve had friends live with me on and off over the years and have kept my second room as a very lightly used guest room.

I decided that i want to finish my college degree and am enrolled in an online degree program. So im going to rent out my second room to pay for school.

Room is HUGE! Has two large closest and a big storage cabinet. Currently furnished with a brand new mattress and newer large smart-TV. If you need a desk there’s ample room to put one. 20’ tall angled Vaulted ceilings as well.

In unit washer/dryer.

I have two paid, covered parking spots, including a dedicated EV charging spot with a level 2 charger that’s a 2 minute walk away (i recently got rid of my electric car). The other one is directly in front of the house.

I’m out of the house during business hours and typically on the weekends I’m outside so long as it’s warm.

I don’t typically have many guests over but do host company for dinner from time to time (few a month at most). You can too.

Malibu canyon apartments is generally awesome! Three sets of pools, fire putt, jacuzzi, tennis/pickleball courts/ dog area/ bbqs by all the pools / 2-story gym. They keep it all very clean.

I’m a pretty clean character and you should be too.

Happy to live with a man or a woman), I have happily lived with both sexes, and people in the LGBT community. Doesn’t much matter to me.

No live-in couples. If you have someone you’re dating all I’d ask is that you keep the sleep overs to no more than 2 and sometimes 3 nights a week max. Not a stickler i just don’t want to live with a couple.

I’d heavily prefer someone that doesn’t work from home full time, hybrid would be fine. Some exceptions apply depending on your lifestyle.

The current lease is up in July. Not sure if I want to extend. If it’s a good fit i might be into extending for another year.

No party animals. If you like to have fun-totally cool-but it would get old fast if the party was ending at our place on the weekends. I generally don’t drink or smoke but on rare occasions.
