Need new roommate at upscale Calabasas apartment!

Roommate just moved out in August, need someone to take her place!!

Unit is a sunny 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. You would take the master bedroom which includes a hall with two closets and a private, attached bath.

2nd-floor corner unit with vaulted ceiling and lots of natural lighting.

Laundry in-unit. All appliances are updated (dishwasher, fridge, oven etc) and work great.
Kitchen/dining area, living room and patio are shared.

Rent is approx $1600/month which includes most utilities. When you add electric and gas, it's about $1700/month. Private, covered parking space.
Ideally you'd join the lease and stay for the remaining 11 months, or beyond. but less time is fine and we can chat about other options!

Apartment is located in Calabasas, 4 mins from the 101 freeway and 15 mins from both Pepperdine and Pierce. Very conveniently located and great for students.

Upscale, spacious complex has many amenities including two pools, a full gym, walking path, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a community lounge/rec center and private study rooms.

Park and hiking trails located a short walk away. shopping centers about a mile away.

Property is also smoke-free (including vape and weed)

About me - I'm Nick, 28 and work as a chess teacher! A few of my hobbies include hiking and running, exploring new places, pop punk concerts, nature, and fantasy shows.

I'm great with children and love animals, though don't plan on getting any pets.

I'm clean, respectful, conscientious and gentle. Out of the house a good portion of the day. pretty introverted and usually do my own thing, but would be happy to hang out together if you want. always value being friends with my roommates.

I like to keep our shared environment clean and tidy with minimal clutter.

Will occasionally have somone over, don't mind if you do as well. Personally drink very sparingly, don't smoke, party or do drugs. I'm also vegan/plant-based.

I would prefer the above paragraph to describe you as well. But definitely not a dealbreaker. at least be health and eco-conscious!
