Looking to sublet a room because my current roommate is leaving suddenly! Looking to fill in mid to late October and hopefully convert to having this person on the lease come March 2027. Pictured is the available room and bathroom. I can share photos of downstairs shared space upon request.

-Rent $1,100 not including utilities (depends on water and electricity usage but normally amounts to about $150 per month)
-Utilities split equally amongst 4 people (water, gas, power) we also have internet that we share if you'd like to join but current roomate has her own
-Room is 11.5x10ft with a standard sliding door mirror closet
-Less than 5 minutes from heart of downtown Burbank
-Super close to 5 freeway
-Close to empire center and Costco
-Pet friendly (currently have 1 dog and 1 cat but can have up to two more pets!)
-Dedicated parking space in a garage
-Shared garage storage room (fits quite a lot!)
-in unit laundry
-Shared bathroom (with a female who’s very tidy and clean)
-Large shared downstairs space with entertainment center and dining table (we’re gamers)
-Progressive LGBTQ+ friendly household

A little about us: current residents are myself, husband, our baby, and another female. My husband and I just had our baby come home from the NICU but his vocal cords are damaged so his crying is not loud (kinda messed up to say but it is what it is). We’re all creatives in various fields who like to game and are night owls. Very clean and organized. My husband and I both love to cook and usually make big batch meals that we share (obviously kitchen is open for your personal use!) I’m also a baker so you’ll get sweet treats every now and then 🙂
