First floor bedrooms available on quiet street

We are a family renting two bedrooms on the first floor of a home we rent. The bedrooms have their own bathroom and entrance. This home is in Magonlia Park. There is a huge backyard. We will share the backyard and kitchen. Lots of parking on the street and a great school nearby. This is best for someone with kids or someone who is kid friendly. We have a five year old. We are smokefree. Please no smoking at all. We sometimes smoke THC on the back patio but dont want it inside or someone who is constantly smoking outside and bringing it inside. We are social and have quests over, mostly families.
