Hey! I'm on the hunt for someone awesome to take over my spot in a shared studio at AVA Burbank - and I promise this place is way bigger and cooler than your average studio.

✨ The space: 480 sq ft of open living, with a cozy living room (17'11" x 13'0") + dining nook, a kitchen with bar seating (hello, morning coffee spot), a dressing area with a walk-in closet, and a full bath with a soaking tub for those well-deserved soaks.

💸 Rent: $985/month (your share) + utilities

📍 Location: AVA Burbank - 2 min walk to Vons, 8 min walk to Trader Joe's and a bunch of restaurants, plus close to the studios and easy freeway access. Basically, you're in the middle of everything.

🗓️ Move-in: ASAP, ideally within the next 2 weeks

🙋 Roommate: You'll be sharing with my current roommate, who's staying on - happy to connect you two so you can vibe-check the living situation first.

✅ One thing to know: the leasing office requires a good credit score to qualify, so come prepared!
