I am looking to rent out one of my rooms in my 2x2 apartment. The room measures 14’ x 11 ’, and the bathroom and closet are large as well. Located in a nice neighborhood, I am renting the room out with a 6-month lease with an option to renew. Total rent per month, including utilities, is 1400.
