The Room
Private bedroom with a huge closet and a private bathroom available in a well-maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of Downtown Burbank. The room comes with a desk and chair — beyond that it is unfurnished, which is perfect if you have your own bed and personal items. The bathroom is shared only with occasional guests — not with another full-time roommate.
You will have full access to the kitchen and living room. Please note the living room doubles as a professional photography studio and audition space, so it is not available for your personal furniture or storage. Your space is your bedroom and bathroom — and you are welcome to use the kitchen and living room when they are not in use for work.

The Building
This is a gated apartment complex — locked at night, accessible by key only. Safe, clean, and well-maintained. Neighbors are mostly 50+ years old — quiet, polite, and respectful. No children in the building. Some neighbors have pets but they are quiet and stay inside their own apartments. You will feel secure here from day one.

I keep the apartment clean, organized, and quiet at all times — and I will extend you the same respect and privacy I ask for in return. I am not looking for a best friend or a social roommate. I am looking for a responsible adult who values their own space as much as I value mine. If that sounds like you, we will get along perfectly.

• Works outside the home Monday through Saturday
• Out most of the day — home mainly to sleep and rest
• Does not work from home
• Does not cook heavily or store large amounts of food (fridge space is limited)
• No pets
• No smoking inside the apartment
• No parties, no loud guests, no overnight visitors
• Quiet, reliable, honest, and respectful
• A working professional or responsible student
The ideal roommate is someone I barely see — not because we do not get along, but because we are both busy living our lives.

• Minimum stay: 6 months preferred
• 30 days written notice to move out
