Hi everyone! We’re looking for a third roommate to move in some time between April 15th and May 1st. A little bit about us - we are two guys in our mid 30-early 40's and both work in the entertainment industry. Laid back, quiet, respectful.

• Rent: $1185 + one time $900 security deposit. Wi-fi and utilities usually come out to $55-$85 monthly.
• 3 bed, 2 bath. You’d be sharing 1 bath with one of us
• Room is ~14 ½ ft x 11 ft with a 5 ½ ft x 7 ½ walk-in closet
• Apartment is located in Burbank, 10 minute walk to downtown Burbank. Cross streets are Cypress and 6th Street
• Living room with balcony.
• Room comes with a gated/covered parking spot, plus there is easy street parking.
• Central AC, dishwasher, and full kitchen. On site coin operated laundry.
• Kind building manager who we are close with.
