Hey guys, we’re looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to join our top-floor condo in Burbank available April 1st! We’ve just moved in so the space is pretty bland - definitely going to plant it up and add wall art etc! Trust the vision in the pics :)

The room

• $1,300/month
• Spacious room, approx. 12 ft x 12 ft
• Unfurnished
• Built-in wardrobe with mirrors
• Awesome view from window!
• Additional storage available in hallway closet and garage

The condo

• Top-floor unit with incredible views and stunning sunsets!
• Spacious, open-plan layout
• Large balcony with panoramic views of Burbank and surrounding mountains
• Fully furnished kitchen, dining, and living areas
• Washer/dryer in unit
• Designated parking space in the underground garage
• Espresso machine (my favourite appliance, hehe)
• Less than a 10-minute walk to downtown Burbank restaurants, cafes, and shops
• You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person
• Month to month sublet
• Landlord pays for water & trash
• Utilities paid separate & split between four of us
• No pets allowed, sorry!

Roommates

• Michael, my husband, 26, screenwriter, loves Pokemon, his favourite animes are Cowboy Bebop and Neon Genesis Evangelion, loves going to the movies, cooking, and going on outdoor runs!

• David, 27, video game programmer, also loves Pokemon and anime, spends most of his time coding, very quiet and respectful but the cleverest at humour and a great, dependable friend!

• Myself, Angel, 26, musician, from Australia, adhd af and will probably zone out mid conversation but I’m always down for a wholesome yap, loves Harry Potter and LOTR, pilates, iced coffee, going to the movies, getting food in downtown Burbank, and just having a laugh!

We’re a creative household, so bonus points if you’re in a creative field, but no stress otherwise! We value people who are respectful, friendly, and keep shared spaces clean and maintained. We’re a “mop once a week and take off our shoes at the front door” type household!

We keep things pretty calm and quiet during the day while everyone works on their stuff. In the evenings, we usually share dinners, watch movies, or play video games together. We respect each other’s space but enjoy hanging out!
