I’m looking for a housemate in my 3 bedroom + den, 2.5 bath house in Burbank.

Details:
• Rent: $1800
• Down payment: $1500
• Utilities: Between $90-$200 depending on summer or winter - this includes gas, electric, internet and shared streaming services.
• You can use one-two bedrooms in the house plus have your own full bath.
• I have some bedroom furnishings available if needed

Apartment features:
• Very walkable and safe area; walking distance from downtown Burbank
• Driveway parking
• Garage if needed for storage
• Laundry in unit
• Kitchen is fully stocked, dishwasher
• Front porch and back patio (we keep up all the gardening)
• Shared living room with tv and streaming services
• Available extra space for office/guest room/bonus room
• Full furnishings in all but the one to two rooms that would be yours, fully stocked kitchen - so ideal with someone who doesn't have all their own stuff. But depending on the situation, I might be open to having you stuff move your things in.

I'm looking for someone who has good communication, can remember shared details (like cleaning schedules and treating each others' property with respect) and is flexible on having guests. My ideal for my home is that not only can we feel comfortable here but that we might be a home where people feel welcome. I work in experiential marketing and/or production so am hybrid in my work schedule - 2 days at home/3 days in office.
