Female Roommates Wanted

Move in will NOT be available until April when our lease ends. Currently three of us remain in the apartment. My friend and I are moving out of state in April. We would like responsible tenants to take over the apartment and lease alongside our other friend (roommate) who currently occupies the living room, she’s staying in LA. There are two rooms, one a private room with bathroom, you’ll pay more. The other is a bedroom with a shared bathroom. Both rooms come with their own closet. You’ll have access to a kitchen, swimming pool, small workout center and parking spot. I’m still working out a fair payment amount. Price may change depending upon my decision to make it as equal and fair. There are plenty of dishes to use!
