Hey guys! I’m looking for one roommate to join our 3 bed/2 bath apartment in sunny Burbank, California! ☀️ for DECEMBER 1ST move-in!

We have 1 bedroom available - one that boasts a patio with a great view of the courtyard. Rent is $1180/month + utilities (which are evenly split each month by the 3 total roommates).

The apartment features a pool, two grills, an outdoor lounge area, a mailroom, ample parking, and laundry in building.

We are located just minutes by foot to downtown Burbank, which includes 3 AMC theaters, bars, restaurants, a mall, various shopping centers and a bowling alley.

I am a 27 year old actor and my other roommate is a 29 year old actor/filmmaker 🎥 that works in the entertainment industry. He has a dog named Scooby who is a very intelligent border collie and the best! We won’t be able to take on any additional pets, unfortunately.
