Looking for a roommate to  move into one of the bedrooms in my 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom 1600 Square foot large stand alone (nobody living below or above us) Burbank apartment in a very nice neighborhood bordering Glendale, with Central air/heat, dishwasher, and laundry facilities on the premises,.
Room can be furnished by me at no cost to you, including an almost brand new, $3,000 Adjustable very clean queen size bed, purchased just 2 months ago and just slept on 6 times by my cousin who was visiting for a week. So you can use it if you don't have a bed. Or you may bring your own furniture. You have your own private bathroom with shower. Looking to rent the room ASAP.
Your rent would be $1300 per month plus utilities. I’m asking a $600 deposit. I'm a clean cut Generation X guy over 50 but in still in great shape and very healthy, lifelong workout guy and martial artist, non-smoker non-drinker no drugs, easy-going and friendly. Hit me up if interested.
