Located in an end unit townhouse, with no upstairs neighbors. Shared use of well appointed kitchen, dining room, living room, wet bar, powder room, in-home laundry, and patio.
The room would easily fit a king size bed, or have plenty of space for a work from home setup.
Access to HOA's pool.

There is already a cat in the house, but we're sorry, no other pets are allowed.
The neighborhood is very walkable, with a grocery store, coffee shops and tons of restaurants nearby. Short drive to major studios, Burbank Airport and Griffith Park.
We're looking for a non-smoker, non-drug user, considerate individual.
We work in music and television, so our work hours are varied. We're social and friendly, but not big partiers.
