We have a spacious bedroom with private bathroom and plenty of closet space available for rent in smoke free home!

Rent is $1200 per month and the security deposit is $500 based on approved credit. Short term or log term lease is available.

This will be an accommodation for a single person, SINGLE OCCUPANCY only.. No overnight guests, unless authorized. You are renting a room in a home, please be respectful and inquire if you have questions.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with granite counters with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator included. Off the kitchen is a laundry room that includes a large capacity washer/dryer with lots of storage space and a sink.
Dedicated Kitchen cabinets will be available for your use. Street parking is available.

It is an amazing location; only a 15-20 min drive to Universal Studios, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Griffith Park Observatory, LA ZOO, Warner Bros Studio Tour Hollywood, Burbank Airport, Studio City & Sherman Oaks, where you can find a wide range of restaurants, bars, & lounges.

(Gas/ internet/ electric+water+trash ) ~$100 per month per room.

Must be non-smoking, no vapors, no drugs.
