About the household
We’re a laid-back group of guys who enjoy video and board games. Gaming is optional—being considerate, communicating well, and doing your share of the cleaning are what matter.

Roommates share responsibility for cleaning the common areas. We don’t have set quiet hours, but everyone is expected to keep noise reasonable and respect each other’s schedules.

The home is smoke-free and pet-free. Occasional overnight guests are welcome, but extended stays or an additional person living in the room aren’t permitted.
