We have a 3 bedroom duplex (upstairs unit) with HUGE vaulted ceilings that make it feel VERY open and inviting 😊and my sweetheart and I live here alone. We share the Master bedroom/bath. One room is a guest room/my wfh office and the other furnished or unfurnished room would be yours. You would also have your own bathroom which is a really good size with nice standup shower with and all the amenities. Brand new home and we have resided here for going on4+ years and don’t plan on moving (universe permitting😉). We are located in Burbank in a nice quiet neighborhood. You would have your own parking spot in the garage as well and of course access to living/kitchen (common areas). The place is really nice with a big balcony with lots of plants and flowers. We have two little tiny doggies named Maya and Inca. They are super sweet and love people. They are also quiet and well behaved. Its a really nice place and you'd be very happy with the price for rent and utilities. We are willing to negotiate on rent to a certain extent depending on each situation.
