About me: I’m a 27 year old, gay, Black man. I use He/Him pronouns. I’m an Ohio State grad, and I work a variety of assistant jobs mostly in the television industry! Parking: $80/ month, Covered (Optional). Free street parking also available.

Amenities: Wall-Unit AC in the living room, Central Heat, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, kitchen, public bathroom with shower, private half bathroom in your room, Amazon Hub Lockers for packages, swimming pool, workout facilities in main building.

Your room: Fits a queen, dresser, and desk comfortably. Will be free of furniture when my current roommate moves out.

You: Ideally kind, communicative, clean, respectful of boundaries, around my age. Open to being friends as well!
