Cozy, private unfurnished 100 sq ft. bedroom for rent for single occupant only (no pets).

Two bedrooms are actually available, (2nd room will be added today once photos are ready). If renter wishes to rent both bedrooms, the bathroom will be private. If renter only wishes to rent one, bathroom will be shared with other renter once the other bedroom is rented.

Bedroom features:
• New AC window unit (besides Central AC & Heat)
• New plush carpeting
• Mirrored sliding door closet that runs nearly the length of the room that has built-in shelving and drawers besides the normal hanging space for clothing.
• New blinds, a new light fixture and is freshly painted

Bathroom features:
• Newly retiled
• Combination shower and bathtub and
• Vanity lighting.

2,000 sq. ft Home is newly recarpeted and retiled. Rental includes use of communal living areas, with front and backyard.

Utilities are included except for power/water bill. Renter would share a portion of the payment which would depend, in part, on amount of personal room AC use.

o A small dedicated refrigerator is reserved for just renter’s use.

Lease will have to be month-to-month to start, with a longer lease option potentially available after a few months.

The current occupants are owner and 3 cats. You may never see the cats, but you should know in case you’re allergic.

Home is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that doesn’t get much traffic. There’s a hill directly across the street, and just yesterday we saw a family of deer making their way across it. There’s plenty of street parking including directly in front of the house.

Only a short commute to ABC, Disney, Warner Brothers and NBC-Universal. Very close to 5 freeway, Bob Hope Airport and Metrolink.
