$650 Room at Cabrini Villas Townhomes (Burbank)

Hello - I am looking for clean trustworthy Housemates / Roommates to share my 1600 square foot town-home in Burbank. Someone respectful and professional. I am newly divorced and am now looking for someone to share it with to help with bills. I am offering a 6 month ($700) or 1 year lease ($650) plus 1/4 utilities. I work 60 hours a week and spend a lot of time with family and friends so we might not see much of each other. My townhome is at the Cabrini Villas in Burbank a very safe area. The neighbors are very friendly and there's 24 hour security. Cabrini Villas has: 7 pools, 6 tennis courts, basketball courts, play areas, sauna, rec room, and 4 acre park all accessible to you with a private Washer and Dryer. I'm in the process of getting new furniture for the Living Room (Common Area).
