The Property Vision: While we haven't signed a lease on a specific house just yet, we are actively touring and applying for homes in the $14,000/month tier (similar to the upscale properties in Brentwood and the Westside).

Target Amenities: Chef’s kitchens, private backyard sanctuaries, modern finishes, and ample parking.

The Setup: We are aiming for a spacious 4-5-bedroom, 4+ bathroom house with seamless indoor-outdoor flow and enough square footage for everyone to have their own space.

Room Pricing & Structure: Because we are targeting premium 4-5-bedroom homes, the total rent will be divided fairly based on room size, privacy, and bathroom access.

The Primary Suite: We are more than happy to offer the master bedroom (which typically features a spa-style bath and walk-in closets) to someone willing to pay the premium rate for it (approximately $3,100 - $3,500/month).

Standard Rooms: The remaining en-suite or standard bedrooms will likely range between $2,400 and $2,700/month.
