Subletting private room+bathroom in Brentwood

Hello! I am subletting my very spacious, fully furnished room with wall-length mirrors and tons of closet space in a 3b/2b apartment in Brentwood!

Dates: June 20- August 7th (slightly flexible if needed)
Rent: $1600/month (covers all utilities and furnishings!)
Location: Brentwood area! Very close to public transportation, walkable area with cute shops and restaurants, easy access to UCLA / Expo Line / Santa Monica, etc.

The room is a super large cozy master bedroom with its own bathroom. It will come furnished with a comfy queen sized bed, huge closet, and decor (rug, plants, tables, etc). The apartment is shared with 2 respectful, easygoing female roommates who are both SMC students in their early 20s. One roommate has a small cat who’s very friendly.

Looking for someone:
•Clean, responsible, and communicative
• Respectful of shared spaces and a generally calm home environment

Ideal for a female student or working professional needing a short-term stay in a great area. Also could have the option to stay in the apartment and take over my lease after August 15 if you like it! It’s about a 10 minute walk to San Vicente shops and restaurants, 10 min drive to ucla, 10 min drive to Santa Monica and the beach.
