-A very sweet 12 yr old cat lives here, she is very calm , shy until you feed her. I will be away outside the country so you need to love cats, she will be a good friend. I have been trying to find a new home for her but no luck yet, and I can't give her to shelter.

OPTION-1
Rent one room for $1500/month + shared utilities
Find your roomate who you can get along for the other room in a month while staying by yourself in the apartment. If you say you can't find or it doesn't matter, I can find the second roomate.

Rent 2 rooms together with a friend.

Rent the whole apt and stay by yourself for a a better price than $3000 , we can discuss
