We have a room in our 3 bedroom apartment in Brentwood that will be available starting on February 1. Our roommate is moving to New York. We are in a month to month deal. This could be for a month or it could be for longer. My current roommate and I are generally unsure how long we plan to stay. The sublet will be for at minimum one month, the month of February.

There is an awesome shared living room and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a balcony/patio area that is great, We do sometimes smoke out there. We like to keep the place clean and would love the same in a roommate.

Brentwood is a great neighborhood in West LA. It is walkable to two different grocery stores (Ralphs and Whole Foods) and tons of restaurants. We're just a 3 minute walk from San Vicente. It's about a 10 minute drive to Santa Monica and 6 or 7 minute drive to Westwood or Sawtelle.
