Looking for roommate who is respectful (incl wear earbuds when listening to music), clean, drug free, non-smoker & stable. Shared bathroom with one person (me), I keep it very clean. Room is average size.
Off street prkng can be arranged if needed.
I'm the one person living in the apt, I work mostly remote, some on site. Not a partier & don't bring random people home, looking for the same respect from a roommate. Please be considerate, drama free & reliable.
