Brentwood Room for Rent

Room for rent in a 2-bedroom, one bath apartment on Sunset and Bundy. Parking is available under the building, and street parking is effortless. The laundry is on-site, and there is a pool and a sundeck. The living room is furnished, but the bedroom for rent is not furnished. I'm a 26-year-old actor, stand-up, and writer. I've lived in this apartment for the last 7 years. I love cooking, gardening, and traveling. There are tons of grocery stores and restaurants within a few blocks. We're also very close to great hiking trails, polo grounds, parks, tennis courts, and the beach—an easy commute to UCLA, Santa Monica, Malibu, or the valley. No Pets. Must be *** Friendly. Water is included with the rent. Gas, Electric, and Wifi would be split. Upon signature of the month-to-month lease, a security deposit and the first month's rent are required.
