Roommate needed in 2bd/2bth Master in Brentwood

Looking for a like-minded mature female professional roommate who is low-key, respectful, clean, quiet, considerate, stable income/job, no partying in the apt or bringing friends over all the time, once in a while is fine.

I am a professional female, school teacher/health coach, considerate, respectful, clean and tidy, laid back, enjoy my me time, yet love my time with friends and family, into a very healthy lifestyle.

My roommate is moving out at the end of May, and the room will be available June 1st.

The Master bedroom has large mirrored closet along one wall available in a 2bd/2bth apartment. The bedroom is about 12.5' x 13' with a large window. You get your own private bathroom attached to the bedroom with additional cabinets in there. There is also a small hallway with additional cabinets that we’d share. It is in a gated apartment building and gated garage with your own parking spot and clicker.

The living area is nice and spacious in a super-chill, clean, and relaxing neighborhood. This apartment has hardwood floors, a large living room, a dining area, full kitchen, and small hallway with cabinets. There are also 2 balconies (dining area + living area). Attached wall A/C in the living room and an old school wall heater. When both doors to the balconies are open there's a nice cross breeze. There's great natural lighting and a laundry room on-site.

The apartment is in the neighborhood of Brentwood, walking distance to the San Vicente Blvd. coffee/juice shops, workout studios, restaurants, Whole Foods, Vicente Foods + Pharmacy, CVS, the Brentwood Farmer's Market (Sundays), and other businesses. Great place to walk around and enjoy the day. It is also near the golf course and many people run/jog/walk around it. Next to Santa Monica and about 5 miles away from the beach/PCH/Ocean Ave.

Total rent is about $1530 for the master bedroom with a deposit of $1225.

We will split Internet, electricity (every other month), and gas bills.
