We have a private room and bathroom available in our 3-bedroom apartment in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of East Los Angeles. The room itself is on the cozier side and it is very comfortable and self-contained. The vacant room is right next to our kitchen and living room area, so it almost works a 1 bedroom for you.

The apartment has AC, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen and living area. We also have gated parking available depending on your needs, which is a huge plus for the area.

The unit is in a convenient location with easy access to major freeways (5 & 10), grocery stores, and great local restaurants.

You would joining two professional guys in their 30s who both work regular schedules and freelance in the entertainment industry. We keep the apartment clean and respectful. It’s a pretty relaxed, low-drama household—good balance of social and personal space.

We're looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing. Working professional preferred, but we're open to a student since we know we're very close to the USC Medical School. We're not a big party house, but having people over is totally fine.

We're looking for someone to join us on the last two months of our lease, and we plan on staying month-to-month afterwards for a while. Our property management company has indicated the rent will not go up. Utilities are pretty low and split three ways. Gas usually is around $15-20 a month total, our Spectrum internet is $50 a month total, and LADWP usually comes out to $180 range total every two months. So per person, utilities usually come out to about $50 a month.

Room is 10x10, but the closet indent makes it out to be more like 8x10. We used to split the total rent 3 ways equally, but we're willing to negotiate on the rent total because this is the smallest room in the apartment. The security deposit is non-negotiable, you would be reimbursing the previous tenant.

No pets, and no smoking inside. Smoking outside on the balcony is okay.
