Looking for month to month takeover

Hey Everyone, I’m currently trying to find someone to replace me in a month to month rent. I’m looking for someone to move in at the end of Feb, but can fill in the spot whenever you want, because I have already moved out.

The place is in a two story Townhouse in Boyle heights, a private bedroom in a 4 bedroom house. It’s a shared bathroom with 1 other roommate. The house has central heating/cooling, fully stocked Kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer. It comes with a driveway for the tenants of the house, it can fit up to 3 cars.

It is close to the I-10, so there is easy access to getting around the town.

Rent is $837.50 + utilities. To move in a $1000 security deposit is needed, in addition to the rent for the month (so 1837.50 total). But the lease is flexible month to month.

The current pictures are of me moving out, but the room is empty and ready to move into
