Looking for a 4th roommate for house in Boyle Heights in-home laundry, gas stovetop range, fridge/freezer, parking in gated backyard lot, some storage space in garage, and front & backyards. The lease is month-to-month but our ideal candidate is looking to stay long term.
Rent technically $890, with the utilities it's around $1000 a/month. Utilities we pay(not included with rent): Internet, gas, and LADWP which covers power/water/sewage/trash. Looking for friendly folks who ideally are full-time employed and will be respectful of other roommates, the house and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is mostly single-family homes and small apartments, very residential and calm. House is just over the bridge from downtown with Metro access just a couple blocks away and multiple nearby freeway entrances (but not so close that it is noisy, ideal distance!) *Landlord will require application fee and fee for background check if we proceed with you as the prospective tenant.
