A $500 additional pet deposit applies. Because additional cleaning/sanitizing may be necessary, the pet deposit is not guaranteed to be fully refundable.

Smoking is permitted outdoors, provided it is done respectfully around non-smoking roommates. Occasional light smoking near your bedroom window may be considered as long as it doesn’t disturb others.
