I have 2 unfurnished bedrooms (shared bath) available for rent in Boyle Heights! The house is spacious with a living room, kitchen, and an area for laundry. Tandem parking included. I have everything needed to furnish the common spaces, so you'll only need to worry about your own room! All utilities will be split.

This would be great for students and/or professionals. It's right off the 10 fwy, super close to the General Hospital, USC Medical Center and Cal State LA!

A little bit about me - I'm 34 and mostly work remotely. I enjoy cooking and baking when time permits. I'm friendly and looking to create a welcoming atmosphere, where we all can come home to a clean and peaceful place to decompress.
