Less than one mile away from the nearest hospital, grocery store, and police station. Also within a short drive to USC and Cal State LA. Many diverse food options available nearby.

This room is on the second floor and is huge, with ample closet space and its own bathroom. This room includes a large walk-in-closet, a reach-in closet, new hardwood flooring, and a large dresser in the bathroom for extra storage space.

Furnished with a full-sized bed frame (no mattress included), dresser, floor lamp, and TV wall brackets to mount your TV.
