(i rarely exit the front door except to get mail & do not use the living room at all)-you/I can put up makeshift divider for privacy'.
**-your 2nd month we can neg. hundreds dollars less (perhaps a lot less if you help with cleaning/organization or since i have a lot of items of worth to sell located in my garage, perhaps we can put them up for sale and make a very good profit.)

-------but if you want cable tv then all i can stop by Spectrum & see if they can give me the cheaper rate that i had & you can pay for it all since i am not the one opting to pay---(i have 3 cable set-ups/hook-ups so it's all set to go/work). but I only have 1 tv screen

The tiny air cond. is next to where you'll sleep but it rarely gets hot here. Please let me know a bit about you but we can meet and just have some basic info to provide okay?--i will check phone messages once every morning and afternoon. This upstairs place is very safe. There is a backyard patio balcony table area and i have extra tables and chairs in the living room as well as a clothes drawer and a large table/chair/lamp where you can read/sit, also.---
