$985/month: Bedroom+Bathroom in Bixby Knolls/NLB

Hello! I have a room in my house becoming available now in North Long Beach about a mile north of Bixby Knolls! I'm 36 years old, outgoing but chill, and a young professional (I'm a manager in finance/banking). I'm looking ideally for a male roommate in their 20's to 40's

The best candidate would be another young professional. I like sports, outdoors, and I play a ton of volleyball as well as other sports. I have pitbull named Truman; he is very well behaved.

The room is the 1 bedroom with its own bathroom shared with another room. The furniture in the photos is pics from staging, not included; the room is unfurnished. Individual heat/AC in the room with remote so set the temperature to whatever you like. Fiber internet. Plenty of parking nearby. Additionally, I have a desk with workstation (2 screens) you can use as well. I have furnished the rest of the house, but I also have some area for storage if needed. I am looking for $985 a month for the room.

All utilities included no extra charge at that price. 1 month deposit + first month's rent, good credit, clean background, work history required; minimum of 6 months lease.
