Hello! I have a two-bedroom/ two-bath mid-century modern apartment close to Runyon Canyon. It's in a nice place on a beautiful and quiet street off Sunset Blvd , walking distance to lots of grocery stores and very close to restaurants, nightlife, etc (Laugh Factory, Hyde, Skybar, LA
Fitness, Equinox, and more).
Large kitchen, living room, balcony, fireplace, dishwasher, air conditioning, and FREE gated parking spot. Laundry just next to the apartment door, rooftop pool with an amazing hollywood hills view.

My current roommate is moving out and she has the master bedroom with an enormous walk-in closet and a private bathroom.

It's a large and beautifully decorated apartment. The pictures don't do it justice. I'd love a roommate that can be respectful when it comes to the furniture, can clean up after themselves, etc.

Rent is $1650/month plus utilities (shared gas, electric/water, internet). Parking spot available at $100/month.

A little about me: I’m a female in my late twenties. Photographer and an artist. I love outdoor activities, movies, concerts, games and everything creative.
