Looking for a roommate in a two story condo style apartment in the Belmont Shore area in Long Beach, CA - just a two minute walk to 2nd st and 10 minutes to Rosie’s dog beach! Rent is $1,900, room is spacious with a very large closet, ceiling fan, and additional storage area above closet (ceiling slopes upward to 12ft-ish?). New/bright hardwood floors throughout, window blinds (blackout in your room), central heat.

Driveway parking, garage if needed too.
Plenty of storage, natural light, and huge backyard (not shared with any other unit). Rooms are located upstairs from living room/dining room, as well as your bathroom.
Situated between two churches and Belmont heights. W/D in unit.

Living room and dining room is furnished, just bring what you need for your bedroom! Open to using your furniture in shared spaces as well. Space in garage for your furniture storage. Will need first months rent and security (a month's rent) to move in! Pet deposit is $500 if you have one.
About me: gay male 40y/o, outgoing, busy on the weekends, and work from home during the week (occasionally go in office). Love this apartment and would hate to leave this perfect spot!
