​AVAILABLE ROOMS:

​2 x Private Bedrooms: $1,400/month (Shared Bath)
​1 x Master Suite (Single): $1,600/month (Private Bath) or Couple/Two People @ $2,200/month
​THE AMENITIES:

​Monthly Maid Service: Professional cleaning of common areas and bathrooms is included to ensure the home remains in top condition, and your room if you want to.
​Shared Garage Parking: 2-car garage is included but shared among residents.
​Individual Leases: Enjoy the security of your own separate 1-year lease agreement.
​Unfurnished or Shared Furniture: Bring your own furniture and style or landlord can help to furnish the unit, upon request/agreement.
​THE LIFESTYLE:

​Close to everything: Belmont Heights, Belmont Shore, Beach, Restaurants, 2nd street, bus stops, Down Town Long Beach, I-22, I-405, etc.
​Mutual Respect: All residents agree to "House Harmony" rules (quiet hours and cleanliness standards).
​Shared Upkeep: "Clean-as-you-go" policy and simple weekly tasks are shared to keep the home functional and clean, between professional cleanings.
Non-Smoking & No Pets allowed
Guests: Overnight guests are limited to 2 nights a month per resident, unless exceptions and agreed in writing by all residents
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7AM
Breach of Rules: Repeated failure to comply with "Clean-As-You-Go" policies or failure to participate in shared tasks shall be considered a lease violation and may result in penalties and/or lease termination.
