1 Large Room, Clean, On the beach

Hello!

I live on Ocean Blvd. I have a garage and tandem parking so you would not have to worry about that. I do have a small senior doggy who is very quiet and pretty much sleeps all day.

I have a one bedroom and I'm enclosing the dining room area for myself. I'm going through a divorce and would much rather do that than move - I love this place. It's safe, friendly neighbors, and very convenient. It's in the Belmont area with a coded security gate.

The bedroom is a great size with alot of closet space and built-in drawers.

I'm vegan/plant based and rarely ever cook so the kitchen would be yours to use whenever, however. the living space is open to you as well - of course! Free

Everything is walking distance, to include a small Vons across the street, Iconix Fitness, the beach path, second street, etc. Free Yoga on the Bluff is a short 10 or 15 minute slow walk up the beach path. Our courtyard is great. It has a firepit, 2 bbq grills, and outdoor furniture. It's cleaned weekly. Everyone looks out for one another too.

I'm 53 and I'm working on my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. I'm pretty active (or try to be) and I love all the life around me. I also do body sculpting on the side - when I have time to advertise

Rent would be $1225 and 1/2 of the utilities. The uilites I pay are Sewer/Water/Trash (billed on top of rent - rent is $2445.00), electric, gas, internet. We can always add cable if you'd like.
