Room for Rent with Private Bath and Parking

Private room with lofted storage above closet, private (detached) bathroom, and assigned underground parking space for rent in Belmont Heights. Unit is a middle unit on top floor with large vaulted ceilings and includes shared living room, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and patio with 2nd fridge. Does not have any AC but I have an evaporative cooler for the hotter months. The common areas are almost fully furnished but looking for someone to help me finish decorating if interested. I am currently looking for a roommate as my current one can't afford it anymore. I am a QA Director and work a normal Mon-Fri schedule, go to the gym a couple times a week, hang out with friends, and enjoy relaxing in the living room when at home. I am in the living room a lot but we can compromise on sharing the space of course. I am also very clean and organized and would like someone similar in that way or at least for the common areas.

I have a small rescue dog that you would need to be comfortable sharing the apartment with (preference given to those who have lived with pets before or like dogs in general). I wish I could accommodate other pets but mine doesn't tend to get along unfortunately. Current lease would be taking over my roommate's until end of September this year. I would like to renew the lease and enjoy this space and location a lot. This is an ideal spot for anyone into the nightlife/bars, walking to the beach, or just walking anywhere in general. It would be nice to find someone to do some things with occasionally but if you prefer to stay in your room and not interact much that is fine too! Must be 420 friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly.
