Room for Rent with Private Bath and Parking

Private room with lofted storage above closet, private bathroom, and assigned garage parking space for rent in Belmont Heights. Rent is $1350/month, all utilities included, and $1,000 deposit. Unit is on top floor (6 units total) with large vaulted ceilings and includes shared living room, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and patio with a smaller 2nd fridge. Does not have AC but I have an evaporative cooler for the hotter months and there is a nice breeze when the windows are open. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished but you can add some personal touches if interested and use any of my things.

Looking for a roommate to share costs and last roommate left to live with their partner. I am a QA Director and work a normal Mon-Fri schedule, go to the gym a few times a week, and enjoy relaxing in the living room when at home. You'll usually find me watching my shows, a movie, or playing video games. More than happy to share this area, just know I prefer being there more than in my room! I am also very clean and organized and would like someone similar in that way for the common areas. This spot is close to a lot of bars, restaurants, parks, and within walking distance to the beach.

I also have a small senior rescue dog that you would need to be comfortable sharing the apartment with so I hope you love dogs! I wish I could accommodate other pets but he is a bit of a grump unfortunately and I'm allergic to cats. I am asking for less than half of total rent and including utilities with this deal because of my dog and pet restrictions. Lease is month to month, 6 or more months stay preferred. I enjoy this space and location a lot and plan on being here long term right now. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and ok with w. eed.
