Private Bedroom + Bathroom in Beautiful Bel Air Home — Looking for 3rd Housemate

We’re putting together a great little household in a beautiful 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom home in Bel Air and are looking for one more person to join us starting in September.

The house is on a quiet residential street in Bel Air, surrounded by greenery with beautiful canyon/city views. It has a bright, open living space with floor-to-ceiling glass, a fireplace, a private grassy yard and patio, full kitchen, washer/dryer, central A/C and an attached garage.

You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom, while sharing the common areas of the house with two other housemates.

We’re both working professionals—one in tech/software and one an entrepreneur working in film/technology. We’re looking for someone friendly, responsible, respectful and easygoing who wants to create a comfortable home rather than just rent a room.

The atmosphere we’re going for is warm, relaxed and social when it happens naturally, while still respecting everyone’s privacy and independence.

🐶 There will also be one very sweet senior dog in the house, so you should be comfortable living with a dog.
