Unfurnished Room for Rent in Azusa Foothiils

The room is in a very nice and safe area in the Glendora/Azusa foothills (Rosedale Community) right above Citrus Community college. There are tons of hikes and outdoor activities to do in the immediate area. The room comes with a garage parking spot, in unit washer and dryer as well as a community gym and pool. Internet is $49 a month to be split in two, utilities range from about $100 a month in winter to $180 a month during the warmer months to be split in two as well. There are great food options just down the street within a mile of the property and many grocery stores throughout the area. Since there would only be two people living here you would have your own bathroom, (however it is the guest bathroom if guests are ever over). The bedroom has a window with a great view of the mountains and the townhome also has a balcony with a table and fire pit for when you want some fresh air.

I am currently the only person living here. I would consider myself very laidback and an outdoors as well as creative type of person. Ideally, I would be looking for someone that considers themselves a creative as well and would be okay with music playing daily (not loud) as well as occasional friends over. I DJ and produce electronic music as my primary hobbies so spend most of my time here doing that, and try to get outdoors to snowboard at any opportunity.
