Townhouse-1 bed private bath

My roommates and I are looking for 1 more person (females preferred) to move into our townhouse. We have 1 room available for $800/month plus utilities (Wi-Fi, gas, electric; typically an additional $50-100 a month). The deposit is $800 upon move in. You will have your own bedroom and own bathroom on the third floor. There are two garage spaces - we share them between us four, so you will have the garage to park in every other month.
