My name is Briseida Garcia Meza and I am planning to move out of the townhouse that consists of 3 women who are APU students or APU alumni. We are renting out the master bedroom that has it's own private bathroom and ample closet space.
Price only includes rent, utilities and wifi are between 50-70 which includes gas, water, and electric.
We can consider having two roommates if you want to share the bedroom and spilt it to 752.50 a month, but female preferred as we prefer a FEMALE townhouse. Significant others are welcomed to visit but cannot "live" in the townhouse.
When we can, we love to gather in the living room, play some board games, mariokart, and watch the bachelor.
We do not allow pets because our roommate is highly allergic to them.
Cleanliness is recommended in the communal area, which is the kitchen and the living/dining room.
