Clean, large, newly remodeled studio

I live in a beautiful and peaceful house in Azusa. I’m a working adult who is out of the house most of the time. I have a newly renovated studio. The yard is large, green and gorgeous.

I’m looking to share my home with a kind, responsible person. I’m looking for a person who is responsible, clean and kind. The studio has one fully 1/2 functional restroom (you will have to use the main bathroom for shower), a kitchenette and Private entrance. Utilities are not included. Also a refundable deposit of $1000 is required which can be payed in 2 payments. The studio is fully renovated with new floors, new restroom, new AC
The studio used to be a huge living room in the house we converted into a PRIVATE place. It is inside the house. But it has its own entrance so it feels more private. You do have a Kitchenette or can use the main kitchen which is right next to it. You have your own 1/2 restroom for yourself. But you will have to share the bathroom (shower) with 2 other working adults (one female and a male). Let me know if you have any further questions

We are located by Arrow highway and Azusa close to the Planet Fitness, AMC theater, ALDIs, Lowe’s, Sky Zone, Pepe’s restaurant, Ross, Walmart, In and Out and other major retailers.
