Step out of the living room into your private living room area that combines a bedroom with full closet, an entrance room with another full closet, and a personal bathroom. The entrance room lets you have additional space for reading, desk work, plus a second closet for extra storage. The bedroom may be furnished with a queen bed, a long, multi-drawer dresser with plenty of top space for your personal items, monitor, etc., two bed tables, and a chair. The wood blind windows face south and east.
You will have full access to living and dining areas, TV, walk-in large pantry, a fully equipped kitchen, exclusive use of the kitchen refrigerator, new washer and dryer, garage storage, and a front porch for relaxing, with plants and a barbecue, You will have your own parking permit for community streets, and access to walking areas, a large park, two full sized community pools, jacuzzis, barbecues, entertaining areas, and the resort workout room.
The four bedroom, three bath townhouse is located in the Rosedale Community in Azusa, CA. The location is in walking distance to Citrus College, APU University, the Gold Line 'A' Metro Station, as well as retail and food establishments. It is a short drive to Glendora, Monrovia, and Pasadena, and the freeway or metro will get you to central LA in good time. Personally, I drove to and worked in the Hollywood area for many years and still share an office in Beverly Hills. I prefer Azusa because it is safe, quiet, and a lot less congested.
You will share the townhouse with three males who all have bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. A 24 yr old works in retail and will soon begin training as an EMT, a 63 yr old who lives on a fixed income, and myself, an 82 yr old resident manager, who works as a health care provider and educator. All three of your roommates are professional, friendly, considerate, and respectful.
The monthly rent is $1400.00 with a $900.00 deposit due upon move-in. Utilities, fast wifi, and all basic house supplies (laundry, bathroom, kitchen, cleaning) are included in the monthly rent. Overall cleaning and maintenance, except for private spaces, are handled by the resident manager. The rental agreement is a 6 month lease, followed by month to month. References are required, including work or school. No credit check.
