Location is walking distance to Citrus College, APU University, and the Gold Line 'A' Metro Station, as well as retail and food establishments. The room ($1050.00/month) is located upstairs. The bathroom and second refrigerator is shared with a 62 year old male who is quiet, respectful, and clean.
Tenant has full access to living area, pantry, kitchen, laundry area, porch, and the community pools, jacuzzi, barbecues, exercise area, large park, etc. Room may be furnished as needed (double bed, dresser, two bed tables, writing/ computer table, desk lamp, chair), and has newer carpet. Suitable for one person. Best suited for a person who prefers a quiet environment, occasional interaction, and is appreciative of the property and privileges provided, and able and willing to keep all shared areas, as well as any personal space, clean and in good condition. Prospective tenant must be considerate and respectful of other tenants and quiet times.
