Apartment is adjacent to the beautiful LA River Greenway walking/biking path along revitalized natural habitats. Walkable to Frogtown Brewery, restaurants, cafes, nature parks, athletic fields, music venues/clubs, and a state park.

The apartment is in a fully gated complex in a residential area with gated underground parking (2 assigned spaces) and plenty of street parking even on weekends. In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC/heat, large kitchen, and two riverfront balconies. Shared areas are fully furnished!
